Legal
Privacy policy
The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we do not track you, and we do not sell your data. Last updated 5 November 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Rayvn Games, the games division of R Technologies. For anything in this policy, write to hello@rayvngames.com.
Contact form
When you use our contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, optional company, the topic and your message. We use them only to read and answer your enquiry (and, for the careers topic, to consider your application).
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, or longer for hiring if you ask us to keep you on file. We do not use your email address for marketing and we never sell or rent it. Messages may be handled by staff of R Technologies and the email or chat service we use to receive them.
To protect the form from spam we briefly process technical signals such as your IP address (for rate limiting), a hidden honeypot field and a submission timer. These are used only for abuse prevention and are not stored with your message.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run third-party trackers, social pixels or fingerprinting scripts. All fonts, scripts and art are served from our own domain.
Local storage in your browser
Our on-site mini-game saves your personal high score, and your motion or sound preferences, in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device, is never sent to our servers, and you can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted on a managed cloud platform. Like any web server, it records standard technical logs (such as IP address, requested page and time) for security and reliability, which are deleted on a short rolling schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, say so on this page. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
